    "Rainbow" - this is branded packaging. It will have the business name (Crocheting with Pride) on the shipping label. It will also have rainbow ribbon, business cards, and possibly stickers or other branded things inside the package. "Discrete" - the shipping label will have the business owner's name (Kada), rather than the business name. There will also be non-rainbow ribbon, no business cards, and no stickers on the inside of the package.
  • What are my purchases supporting?
    Vegan-friendly products, 100% recycled poly-fil fibers, shipping through USPS, re-used packaging materials, and occasional fundraising campaigns for intersectional queer organizations. Additionally, Crocheting with Pride does not price items of clothing based on their size!
  • Can you accommodate my allergies, sensory sensitivities, and choking hazards?

  • I see an item I want, but it's unavailable or I need it customized
    Most, but not all, items can be customized and/or restocked. To submit a customization request, you can send a message through email, social media, or the contact form below. Sending a message does NOT guarantee that your request can be fulfilled.
  • What items can I return?
    Returns are accepted for the following items: bags, hats, plushies, desk buddies / hanging plants, and anything from the flower shop. Returns are not accepted for the following items: scrunchies, jewelry, spa sets, and any customized item. You may still be able to receive a refund for these items.
  • How do returns and refunds work?
    After contacting Crocheting with Pride to explain the reason for your return and/or refund request, Crocheting with Pride will send you an invoice with the amount owed for return shipping. Once the invoice is paid, Crocheting with Pride will send you a return label. You are then responsible for packaging up the item you are returning, putting the label on the package, and handing the package off to the USPS. You will receive your money back (amount paid for order + amount paid in taxes) upon the package being received by Crocheting with Pride.
  • How do I initiate a return or refund?
    To initiate a return/refund please use the contact form below or email kjs.crocheting@gmail.com with your order number and reason for the return/refund request. ​ Returns and refunds must be initiated within fourteen (14) days upon delivery of the product to the address on your order confirmation. ​ Requests are granted on an individual basis at Crocheting with Pride's discretion.
